I built this site mainly for my own use of links and references related to my interests, but also to share some of my pictures and what I've learned from travel. I hope you find some useful links or interesting content. If you share my interests, I welcome and appreciate any suggestions of resources to add, places I should visit or things I should experience.

Traveling, sailing, diving, fishing and snow sports are my main hobbies… and I take a lot of pictures. I believe travel expands the mind and the understanding of others. I also love being in, on or next to the ocean.  I race sailboats and also work as a licensed skipper part time. I have a strong interest in innovation, history and animals/nature.  My career doing business development for international telecommunications companies allows me to travel for both work and pleasure.

I strongly support personal responsibility, compromise, understanding, compassion and global equality. I have a quest to always learn more and value rational thought, honest reporting and fact based decision making. I'm trying to volunteer more, especially for efforts in ocean conservation and environmental protection.
